yes it will be on your record since you were over the age of 18. I believe underage drinking is a low level misdemeanor. You can pull your criminal record at the court house. Be honest on your application. It isn't likely they would hold that against you in becoming a nurse. They usually save that for serious crimes, not shoplifting a beer.
